Welcome to Teqvo.in. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Teqvo's Website, located at Teqvo.in and its official Mobile Apps.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves.

1. Teqvo is a marketplace venue

Teqvo is a platform that allows users to sell certain electronic devices. Teqvo acts as a marketplace to connect you with professional buyers. The sale of any device is an agreement between you and the buyer. We are not directly involved in the transaction between you and the buyer. Teqvo provides pricing estimates based on market value, but the final offer is made by the buyer upon inspection of the device.

2. Permitted Use and Compliance with Laws

You agree that you are accessing the Teqvo website/app and transacting at your sole risk and are using your best and prudent judgment before entering into any transaction through this platform. You agree to use Teqvo services for lawful purposes only and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You shall not use our services to facilitate any illegal activities, including but not limited to selling stolen goods.

3. Copyright and Trademarks

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Teqvo or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Teqvo.

4. Teqvo Services and Third Party Services and Sites

The information and materials contained in these pages, and the terms, conditions, and descriptions that appear, are subject to change. Unauthorized use of Teqvo's websites and systems including but not limited to unauthorized entry into Teqvo's systems, misuse of passwords, or misuse of any information posted on a site is strictly prohibited.

Not all products and services are available in all geographic areas. Your eligibility for particular products and services is subject to final determination by Teqvo and/or its affiliates.

5. Privacy and Passwords

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. By using our platform, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Membership on the Teqvo platform is free for users. We do not charge any fee for browsing or using the platform to sell your device. However, Teqvo reserves the right to introduce fees for new services or amend existing policies in the future.

7. Inactive Accounts

Teqvo reserves the right to terminate accounts that are inactive for a prolonged period of time. You will be notified before any such termination takes effect.

8. Warranty Exclusions and Limitations of Liability

The materials on Teqvo's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Teqvo makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall Teqvo or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Teqvo's website, even if Teqvo or a Teqvo authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Teqvo, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations.

10. Applicable Law; Jurisdiction; Compliance

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India. You represent and warrant that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding your use of the platform.

11. Miscellaneous Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.

12. Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to initiate payment.
