Customer places an order to sell their old/used device on Teqvo & chooses a convenient pickup date and time
Teqvo shares the device details and quoted price on Partner App with you.
You can now choose to accept or not accept the lead.

After accepting the order, you receive the customer details so that you can coordinate with the customer to pick up the device at the scheduled time and date.
